the hotel had a friendly staff they really helped me find my way around. the rooms were super clean just like the photos showed. the hotel was close to a metro station , made exploring simple.

the free airport shuttle had limited times i waited a long time. the room had limited toiletries the supply felt short. i could not bring my own food into the restaurant this was a rule i did not like.

my room had a persistent odor of stale smoke, despite it being a non-smoking room.. the air conditioning unit rattled loudly throughout the night, affecting my sleep. also, the airport shuttle schedule was infrequent, requiring a long wait at the terminal.

the reception staff displayed helpful behavior during check in. the complimentary shuttle service to the airport worked well, it departed on schedule and reached the terminal swiftly. i found the room service menu varied and appealing.

the bathroom lacked essential toiletries. i requested a comb and lotion, however these items were not available at the time of my stay.
